At Stark VARG Bike, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality electric dirt bikes, genuine parts, accessories, and riding gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories are included.
- The item has not been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- You provide proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Installed or used motorcycle parts
- Electrical and electronic components
- Batteries
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item
- A missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim promptly and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending any item back.
- Securely package the product in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
- For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Refunds may be reduced if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or is missing components.
Exchanges
We are happy to replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow our standard return procedure.
Warranty
Some products sold by Stark VARG Bike may include a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions vary by product. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
